The product

How iLeader actually works.

A four-layer platform: assessment, AI coaching, role-play practice, and outcome measurement. Designed and trained by ICF-certified coaches. Delivered by AI, at scale.

The four-layer model

Four layers. One coherent system.

01 · Assess

Start with what matters to your organization — not a generic test.

Your organization picks 8 skills from iLeader's taxonomy of 31. Each Coachee takes the 'Finding Your Superpowers' assessment, meets those 8 skills and chooses 4 to develop. It sets context; it is not a placement exam.

02 · Coach

A real coach. Not a chatbot giving advice.

The Coachee brings a real situation — a difficult conversation, a stretch decision, a moment of doubt. iLeader asks the questions that help them clarify, decide and commit. It does not give advice. Available 24/7 in English, Spanish or Nepali.

03 · Practice

A safe space to practice the conversations that matter.

Role-play scenarios are co-designed with each partner for the skills its program targets — say, negotiation for a sales team or confidence for young people preparing for a first job. After every attempt, iLeader gives feedback.

04 · Measure

Data that answers the question your CFO or MEAL Officer is actually going to ask.

Coachees see their own progress in the App, private by default. Your dashboard shows group-level skills progression, goal-attainment patterns and Topic Insights. Partners never see conversation content, individual sentiment or individual risk.

Tracking & assessment — in depth

What we track, how we track it, and who sees what.

iLeader tracks three things that matter to the person funding the program:

  • Skills progression on the skills your organization selected from the 31-skill taxonomy.
  • Goal attainment when a Coachee opts in to goal-tracking with curated accountability notifications.
  • Group-level sentiment and risk insights on the topics you select — only for groups of 10 or more, with contribution caps and suppression rules. Never individual.
What your organization sees in the partner dashboard
Data Your organization
Conversation content Never
Individual sentiment and risk Never
Skills progression Cohort level, on the 8 skills your organization selected
Goal attainment Aggregated patterns
Usage data Logins, sessions and goal completion, as disclosed to every Coachee at onboarding
Topic Insights Group level, released in bands, only for groups of 10 or more

The Coachee sees their own skills progression, goals, progress and positive engagement data in the iLeader App, and can delete their conversations, goals and history at any time.

The iLeader team sees system-wide quality and adaptation metrics for continuous improvement, subject to partner agreements.

Customization — in depth

We adapt iLeader to your people. We don't just translate it.

Language, culture, scenarios and measurement — each one co-designed with your team.

Language

English, Spanish, Nepali live today. Any additional language during customization — native-speaker coaching review, not machine translation.

In Nepal: Nepali, reviewed by native-speaking coaches.

Cultural and philosophical framing

Country culture, target-population culture, and your organization's culture and values.

In Nepal: Eastern frames such as duty (kartavya), right livelihood and the balance between community and self.

The eight skills you select from 31; scenarios co-designed for your specific program outcome.

In Nepal: reintegrating with family, negotiating with employers and navigating informal job markets after years abroad.

AI + ICF design

Designed and trained by ICF-certified coaches. Delivered by AI, at scale.

A Coachee will never be told they're talking to a human when they're not. The AI is the coach — and it is customized to support your goals.

AI-Powered

The coaching your Coachees experience is 100% AI-powered. Available 24/7. At any scale.

ICF-Designed

What gives that coaching its quality is how it was built. iLeader's coaching methodology, conversation design, tone, and quality standards were created by ICF-certified coaches working alongside our AI engineering and behavioral science team — hundreds of hours of design and calibration before a single Coachee session.
