These Terms of Use govern ileader.ai, the website of Besage.ai, Inc. They cover what you may do with the content published here and what happens when you send us something through a form. The iLeader app itself runs under a separate agreement — the App Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to ileader.ai and every page on it, including our product, solutions, science, partner, contact, and book pages. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
They do not cover the iLeader coaching app. Creating an account, subscribing, and using the AI coach are governed by the App Terms of Service, available at ileader.ai/app-terms. Where the two documents overlap, the App Terms of Service prevails for anything that happens inside the app.
Besage.ai, Inc. operates this site. iLeader is a product of Besage.ai, Inc.
You may read, share, and quote the pages on this site for your own informational purposes, with attribution. Everything below is out of bounds:
No Automated Extraction: Scraping, crawling for republication, bulk downloading, or harvesting contact details from the site — by any automated means — is not permitted.
No Interference: Do not attempt to breach, probe, overload, or disrupt the site or the services behind it, and do not submit content designed to do so.
Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the site in compliance with all applicable laws, and not to use it to infringe anyone's rights.
This site has three ways to reach us: the contact form, the partner application, and the sign-up for updates about The Last Human Coach. When you use any of them:
Accuracy: Please give us information that is accurate and yours to give. Do not submit someone else's personal details, and do not send us confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through a web form.
No Agreement Is Formed: Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, a subscription, a partnership, or any commitment on our side, and it does not entitle you to a reply.
How We Handle It: What you send is handled as described in our website Privacy Policy, available at ileader.ai/privacy. Automated and spam submissions are discarded.
Feedback: If you send us an idea or suggestion about our products, we may use it freely and without obligation to you. Do not send us anything you expect to be kept confidential.
The text, graphics, illustrations, photography, code, page design, and the iLeader and Besage names and logos are the property of Besage.ai, Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the site's content beyond the informational use described in section 2, without prior written consent.
The Last Human Coach: Excerpts, the scorecard, the charter, and the annex published on the book page are part of a copyrighted work. They are made available for personal and internal team use. Reproducing them commercially, or presenting them as your own material, requires written permission.
Research References: Third-party studies and publications cited on our science pages belong to their respective authors and publishers. We cite them; we do not license them to you.
Everything published here — product descriptions, research summaries, book material, outcome figures, customer stories — is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, medical, psychological, employment, or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for it.
Any results, benchmarks, or outcomes described on the site reflect specific programs and populations. They are illustrations, not a promise of what any organization or person will achieve.
The site links to third-party websites, research, and tools, and it loads services we do not control, such as our analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
