Our mission is to make world-class coaching accessible to every person in every organization — the front-line employee, the first-generation college student, the returning migrant, the first-time supervisor — not only the executive and the high-potential.

When more people can lead themselves and their work well, the organizations they belong to get better at what they exist to do. That is the practical case.

The deeper case is that human potential is not rationed by talent. It is rationed by access. We are closing that gap.

Origin

Two careers, one conclusion.

iLeader began as a conversation between two careers.

Elizabeth Gozzer had spent two decades in economic development, from workforce programs in Latin America to women's economic inclusion in Africa and Asia, watching skills training stop exactly where people needed coaching most.

Stefano Calvetti had spent thirty-one years leading crews in the Italian Navy without anyone ever teaching him how to lead, then became a certified executive coach to close that gap for others, one person at a time.

One at a time was the problem. They founded Besage and built iLeader to deliver coaching, held to a professional standard, to the people both of them had spent their careers thinking about: the 98% who never get it.

Where we are today

Charter Partner phase.

We are in our Charter Partner phase. We chose to validate iLeader deeply — with Coachees in Peru and with an active deployment in Nepal — before opening the commercial program broadly. That program is now open to a small number of B2B partners across four verticals.
